Manager, Human Resources

Responsible for providing generalist support for Corporate staff. These responsilibites include policy development and administration, employee relations, and legal & government reporting & compliance. Responsible for set up, maintenance and compliance of the Company’s compesnation systems (including pay structures and compensation programs such as merit pay and incentive pay policies). In addition this position manages all APP benefit programs, including but not limited to health & welfare benefits, stock plans, and voluntary benefit plans.
REQUIREMENTS
·Generalist Duties: employee relations, policy design and administration, benefits troubleshooting and management, maintains vendor relationships.
·Annual project management including: Benefits contract negotiation and employee re-enrollment, Compensation Merit Review, Employee Incentive Program.
·Keeps ongoing record of employee stock option program and employee stock purchase plans. Updates and puts together suggestions for Board of Directors for new grant availability. Coordinates production of stock agreements monthly.
·Manages reporting function as requested to include, monthly headcount, affirmative action compliance, EEO1 reports, Vets100 reporting, contract bid information, benefits enrollment, and organizational structure.
·Manages HRIS systems making changes and updates when necessary and provides troubleshooting and training for day-to-day users.
·Serves as liaison between payroll and HR function.
·Manages compensation including annual merit increase, incentive program, and reviews market data to make suggestions and approve merit increases through the year. Manages salary ranges to ensure they are continually competitive.
·Ensures day-to-day benefit and general paperwork issues are maintained through management of HR staff.
·Other duties and tasks as assigned.
