This position is primarily US focused, but assists with leadership of certain programs and initiatives on a global basis. Responsibilities include: issuance of guidelines, keeping plans on timeline, training HR practitioners in the field, technical support, analytics and audit.This position also supports Carrier acquisition/divestiture activities performed by Business Unit HR professionals as well as benefits implementation of acquired companies.The successful candidate will:
Supervise staff of 2 employeesAct as liaison with UTC Corporate Compensation and Benefit functions
