MIS Analyst

Manage day to day operations of the HR Dashboard, while driving future enhancements ideas
Manage projects to implement improvements to the HR Dashboard to ensure it stays a cutting edge Workforce Planning tool
Partner with Accenture and IT to resolve system issues as needed
Work on various Workforce Planning and Associate Engagement projects to influence internal clients in creating a right-sized engaged workforce
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates should possess the following qualities/skills, exhibited through relevant work experience and education:
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to apply rigorous quantitative frameworks to workforce issues
Communication and consultative skills
Demonstrated a strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results
Detail-oriented, quality-focused approach and ability to manage parallel activities
A proven track record of a high level of autonomy is required
Experience with relational databases, Brio, and SPSS a plus
A strong educational background including an undergraduate degree in mathematics, engineering, or related field is preferred

The Workforce Analysis group is an internal consulting group that partners with business leaders to provide cutting-edge human capital solutions. We help Capital One business units and staff groups develop a lean, engaged and productive workforce aligned with business goals. To achieve this goal, we offer three primary services to business clients.

Through our Workforce Planning service offering, we develop the organization design and define workforce size and skills required to deliver on business strategy.

In our Associate Engagement offering, we use a rigorous and tested framework to understand the current level of workforce engagement, identify the key drivers of engagement, and develop actionable recommendations to improve associate commitment.

We also establish and monitor key Human Capital Metrics to ensure that business leaders can meet their objectives, strengthen the workforce and monitor progress on their people strategy. We have created the HR Dashboard, a self-service, executive-level reporting tool for quick, easy access to people metrics.

We have a role currently open to primarily support the Human Capital Metrics offerings, including the HR Dashboard.  The role will also have opportunities to conduct in-depth Workforce Planning and Associate Engagement analyses for various business units and staff groups.
