MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES
Responsibilities:The Manager, Human Resources develops, implements and/or coordinates policies and programs in the area of human resource administration. Provides facility leadership in areas that include employee benefits and services, employee relations, safety and health, wage and salary administration, performance management, and employment which includes recruiting, placement, and orientation.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications :Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field and five years of human resources experience is required. Must possess specialized knowledge of applicable laws and regulations in areas such as FMLA, ADA, COBRA, EEO, FLSA, and Workers Compensation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, an HRIS system, payroll software, and other computer applications is desired. Experience in recruiting is desired. A valid driver's license is required.1. Knowledge, understanding and application experience with the following:

Leveraging HRIS3. Experience in:
Developing a community presence for recruitment
Experience with web recruiting (monster, career builder)
Behavioral interviewing experience
Experience in partnering with local, state, and federal job placement groups
Experience in conducting background checks, drug testing, and medical screens4. Strong application experience in:
Microsoft office suite
