Incentive Design Analyst (Bothell, WA)
Job Description
As a member of the Incentive Design team, you will manage the design, implementation and performance auditing of assigned Sales & Service dedicated incentive plans.
Documents and assists in managing the following process design steps:
Fact Finding & Competitive Strategy Review
Assessment of Plan Performance
Plan Modeling & Costing
Team development of Plan Design
Preparation of Plan Documents
Reporting & System Requirement Development
Implementation & Communication
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with IT and other functions to develop data capture and reporting capabilities for assessing plan effectiveness, assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy in all sales incentive, feedback and data reporting processes, facilitate communication regarding incentive policies, processes and cross-functional issues, develop appropriate materials and participates in meetings to support field sales management on all communications regarding incentive plan topics, and participate in incentive policy development and implementation.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
Preferred Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related quantitative discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience; MBA is preferred.
3-5+ years of compensation, sales administration, financial analysis, or related experience with concentration in incentive planning & design.
In-depth knowledge of best practices as it pertains to incentive planning and design.
Ability to influence executive leadership and plan participants in support of company goals & objectives. Strong project management, organizational and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access. Experience with SAP & incentive management software would be a plus.
Working knowledge of sales data tracking systems, decision support tools and information management processes and methodologies. Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.
