Human Resources Senior Manager

Human Resources Manager for Call Center Operation. Responsible for managing exempt and nonexempt HR staff in the Call Center--ensuring consistency in administering H/R policies/procedures .
Developing appropriate strategies for recruiting,hiring,training and retaining Call Center personnel.
Also,Employee relations,Salary and Benefits,Administration,sucession and manpower planning.

Major role formulating employement, employee relations and Compensation/Benefits strategies and managing implementations for this Call/Contact Center operation.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have HR Management organizational leadership experience within a Call/Contact Center.
Ability to formulate and execute strategies to enable the Call Center operations to meet their business objectives vis-a-vis recruitment,retention,training/development,employee relations and other H/R related activities.
Ability to ensure procedures and methods in place to measure performance.
Leadership,communication,analytical skills a must.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
