This position offers an excellent career development opportunity for the high-achiever. This key Human Resources role, is for a generalist involved in a number of the core functions supporting business units. This will include labor and employee relations, administration of labor agreement, answering grievances and working with arbitrations. In addition, this role communicates to employees benefits, policices and resolves employee benefits issues.. You will also have responsibilities in the recruiting process, coordinating temporary employees through agencies, some training related activies and other associated HR functions.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with at least 3 years of experience in human resources and some labor relations required . This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as strong computer knowledge. Experience with Labor Unions is required. Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus. A Master’s degree in Human Resources, or an MBA, or PHR are are a plus too.
