HR Generalist position in a Union facility responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and staffing.
REQUIREMENTS
> Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar field required; Master's degree preferred.
> 2+ years Human Resources experience in manufacturing environment preferred
> Union experience preferred
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
> Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
> Outstanding organizational and people skills required
