This position plans and manages all support, coordination and execution for day to day operations of new client projects within the Human Resources Outsourcing division of The Holland Group. Types of projects include:
facility start up (labor market research, staffing, training, HR infrastructure setup) training process outsourcing (training design and delivery, new hire orientation, organizational development) HR consulting (HR audit, policy and procedure creation, legal compliance)
recruitment process outsourcing (direct hire projects).
REQUIREMENTS
This position will require 5 day a week travel and extended h ours at start-up phase of new projects which could include weekends and evenings. Typical project length is 8 - 10 weeks.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Industrial/Organization Psychology with Business Emphasis required. PHR or SPHR desired.
