Your expertise in Human Resources will be showcased in this role as you provide strategic and operational human resource support to various CUNA Mutual Group operating divisions. 



Job Highlights:

This position will serve as a strategic business partner with its respective client areas to include the following:

Corporate policies and procedures

Recruiting, retention and succession planning  

Organizational design and Cultural alignment and employee relations

Compensation, rewards and recognition, and Benefits Programs

Job design, analysis and evaluation

Performance assessments and performance management

Leadership selection, development and coaching

Employee counseling, team building, and conflict resolution

Hires and Terminations, Labor Laws and compliance

Requirements:

Successful candidates will be best in class!  An HR Professional who is both a driver and a team player.   

Bachelors in business or related field.  MBA/MA in Human Resources ideal.

3 – 7 years in progressive experience in generalist role with a large organization

 Experience in large scale change; organizational design, work force, cultural, etc..
