Human Resources Manager - Manufacturer

The Human Resources Manager for this 150 employee non-union manufacturer of precision metal parts will oversee Employee Relations, Comp & Benefits, Recruiting, Training, Worker's Comp and Payroll. The Manager will oversee two employees. The position reports to the Division President, with a dotted line to the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but an Associates with appropriate experience may be acceptable. A successful candidate will need at least five years of Human Resources experience, and at least three of those years should have been in a manufacturing environment. Good generalist skills are required, and good recruiting skills would be helpful, as the company looks for high caliber employees in various technical and organizational areas.
