Human Resources Manager/Director

Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of WDG Construction, Inc. to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Salary is commensurate with experience. WDG Construction, Inc. offers 401K, Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Paid Holiday and Vacation. We are an EOE.
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's Degree preferred, however experience may compensate. Must have clerical knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft Programs and Outlook. Must have ability to work independently. .

Work activities to include: Developing job evaluation programs, implementing employee compensation and benefit plans, interviewing job applicants, managing contracts and insurance forms, resolving personnel problems or grievances, maintaining records and compiling statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates, and various other HR responsibilities.
