Human Resources Manager

Excellent organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio has a golden opportunity in the Human Resources department for a generalist. Manages and oversees all company benefit plans and processes and maintains compliance with various benefit laws (HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA,etc.). Maintains current benchmarking on Benefit programs and best practices. Staffing, recruiting, employee relations, training, and development, will all be part of the total responsibility in some capacity.
REQUIREMENTS
·3-5 years experience EOC, FLMA, ADA and OSHA.

·3-5 years experience Recruiting/Staffing, Benefits Administration, Change Management, HR strategy, ER & investigations.
·3-5 years experience Supervising or Managing turnover reduction, records management.

·2-5 years experience data and report creation/analysis.
