Human Resources Manager

Under direction form the Human Resources Director, responsible for providing HR leadership and support to SFA associates, working effectively with all levels to champion the goals of the business. This position is responsible for recruiting and placing high performance candidates, driving business initiatives and providing effective HR solutions to key business issues. The incumbent will also act to facilitate change and be the brand filter subject matter expert and advocate.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced HR certification or training a plus.
3+ years of demonstrated successful experience in a broad range of HR functions with an emphasis on recruitment/staffing.
Retail experience or the service industry a plus
Must exhibit sound business judgment, demonstrated management and organizational ability
Must possess a solid understanding of employment law
Demonstrated ability to motivate and drive company initiatives
