Human Resources Manager

• Manages small number of staff, including all performance and career related activities
• Provides input into HR functional area budget and accountable for delivery of services within defined scope of budget targets
• Leads by example and sets the standards for HR in area of responsibility or location
• Implements and administers human resources programs and policies appropriately and with the highest ethical standards
• Consistently meets or exceeds annual performance objectives set for HR functional area
• Assists in the design, implementation and administration of HR programs and policies for a HR functional area, location(s) and/or business unit(s)
• Manages activities of HR Consultants in delivering client focused responses and services.
• Leads HR center of excellence teams in the assessment, design and recommendation of HR policies and practices to management
• Works as a business partner with client groups and middle managers to promote HR policies and programs QUALIFICATIONS
• An undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution
• 5-7 years HR experience, with increasing levels of organizational responsibility
• Thorough knowledge of human resource policies and procedures as well as federal, state and appropriate country laws
• Excellent computer and HRIS skills
• Read, write, and speak fluent English; fluency in host country language required WORKING CONDITIONS
REQUIREMENTS
• An undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution
• 5-7 years HR experience, with increasing levels of organizational responsibility
• Thorough knowledge of human resource policies and procedures as well as federal, state and appropriate country laws
