Human Resources Manager

Printpack Inc. has an opening for a Human Resources Manager in our Elgin, Illinois plant. The successful candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Business or Social Sciences as well as proven communication skills and generalist experience in a manufacturing environment. Periodic travel will be required. This position will report to the Division Human Resources Manager.

Implementing and maintaining the Human Resource Development process which includes:
Job descriptions and analysis
Performance evaluations
Individual development plans
Training
Career development
Job Posting
Job selection and promotion
Benefits and salary administration.
Oversee compliance to all corporate policies/procedures, and to all applicable local, state and federal laws as they relate to Human Resources.
Serve as a link to community resources.
