Reports to: Vice President OperationsJob Summary:
A Human Resources Manager functions as a strategic business partner and hands-on HR-manager for the facility and identifies synergies within other divisions and performs responsibilities related to: design and implementation locally global HR strategies; plan, organize, direct, control and monitor employee relations activities; give support and direction in compensation matters; recruit personnel; HR programs, training and proactive development of employees and other activities as directed by the Business Unit and/or Corporation. He/she ensures that all HR-legal and compliance related tasks are defined and observed. Furthermore to support Management, define and implement policies to support business success. Implement HR information system and payroll meeting Corporate guidelines. The position holder must have the potential to lead institutionalize values, value systems and company vision and mission developed at corporate levels.Responsibilities to Include:
Implement for all functions Qualification Matrix and develop skills and knowledge of human resources staff accordingly.
Recruit, guide, motivate, develop staff, analyses performance regularly, in order to build a competent and effective team, capable to perform the duties & achieve objectives.
Identify synergies with other HR colleagues within Kautex and Textron.
Ensure that for all employees all HR development requirements and activities are in place and gaps closed, e.g. CRC, ePMP incl. IDP, job descriptions and qualification profile.
HR Strategy: define, implement and execute local HR strategy in order to improve efficiency on shop floor as well as of staff functions.
Staffing: recruit with supervisors suitable candidates, guide supervisors in case of insufficient performance and/or behavior in order to improve.
Compensation&benefits: give direction on all compensation&benefits issues, be aware of internal and external market data by implementing uniform Job Evaluation (Mercer) based on uniform job descriptions & qualification profiles, in order to provide fair and competitive compensation.
Succession Planning: implement existing succession planning system, access succession candidates ensure Individual Development Plans (ePMP) are done, identify potential and provide overall direction for training and development opportunities for all plant personnel.
Communication: effective communication with Textron and HQ Kautex Bonn; adapt and implement HQ policies to local legal and social requirements and provide proactive local input to HR Bonn.A Textron Company
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources.Position Requirements:
Master MBA focus Human Resources.
5-10 Years Human Resources Experience including manufacturing
Minimum 5 years Labor Law.
Minimum 3 years generalist experience.
Good working knowledge of international HR practices.
Experience in working with international management teams.License and Certification Requirements:
