Human Resources Manager

The HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR is responsible for the clerical functions to maintain secure, accurate and organized personnel files, screening new applicants and processing new employees, and for facilitating the overall operations of the agency. He/she works under the direct supervision of the Administrator, Director of Clinical Services or designee.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school graduate with previous office experience and Human Resource experience, preferred.



2. Must possess competent computer skills, with window-based experience preferred. Willing/able to be trained on software packages used by agency.



3. Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, telephone, communication and documentation skills.



4. Absolute integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the confidential

nature of duties, tasks and information.



5. Must possess the disposition and personality to work harmoniously with a wide variety of people and all levels of staff.



6. Ability to work flexible hours to meet agency deadlines, as needed.



7. Must possess a strong commitment to the goal, mission, and philosophy of the organization.



8. Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.



9. Speaks, writes, reads, and understands English.
