Responsibilities include:

·Payroll processing
·Administration of employee benefits
·Assisting management in identifying, developing and retaining the best employee workforce possible
·Ensuring that all employees have a pleasant, safe and productive work place
·Assisting management in building an organizational structure that will meet company strategic goals
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must:

·Be good communicators
·Be enthusiastic and able to motivate others
·Be able to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
·Be able to build and maintain trusting relationships
·Have the highest level of personal integrity and respect for others

Additionally, qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and direct experience processing payroll. Candidates must also possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
