Manage HR individuals, teams, and functions to deliver outstanding service and leadership to the business.

Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with business units and managers to provide creative solutions to the challenges of a growing, changing environment.

Execute, measure and manage our overall HR strategy including the areas of performance management, associate relations, benefits, compensation, associate development and recruiting.

Work closely with the business unit managers to balance the priorities of the business and of individual associates by using a situational approach.

Enhance management performance through collaborative discussion, and facilitation of training and development.

Demonstrate an exceptional standard of quality, both in your own performance and that of your team.Qualifications
The ideal Human Resources manager will possess:
Minimum of five to seven years of HR Generalist experience.

Well developed management skills, including the management of an HR function or team.

Expertise in identifying and addressing complex performance management and other associate relations issues.

Ability to balance a hands-on approach with a broader, long-term perspective, showing flexibility and creative thinking.

Excellent verbal and written communication, business acumen and relationship development skills.

Ability to articulate ideas with confidence, regardless of the audience or the majority opinion.

Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment.

Attention to detail, thoughtful analysis and problem-solving and accountability for excellent results.

Technical knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
