Human Resources Manager

A minimum of 10 years progressive Human Resource management experience which encompasses selection and placement, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, worker's compensation and management theory.

The HR Manager is responsible for:
* ensuring that high volume staffing needs are met in a timely manner, from placing ads to interviewing & hiring for hourly, exempt and management positions.
* ensure the proper application of employment laws and regulations to specific work situations.
* maintain compliance with all laws related to FMLA, CFRA, worker's compensation, ADA, etc.
* manage complex employee relation issues, investigations and conflict resolution.
REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to assess and develop talent
* Record of success in managing conflict effectively and solving problems creatively
* Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures as they relate to labor law
* Bachelors Degree
* 10+ years HR experience in a non-union environment
