Experience managing HR Department/Staff and Generalist experience in the areas of: Title VII, CA Employment Law, Workers Comp, Talent and Performance Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Benefits & Compensation Administration, and Recruiting. A Bachelor or Masters Degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, or related field. Min.7 yrs experience as a Human Resources Manager in a manufacturing environment is required.
