Understands their client's business and interprets value-added service from an HR perspective
Partners with HQ based HR staff to ensure the development and delivery of value-added HR programs and processes.
Serves as a strategic business partner to Secondary Marketing and Servicing Leaders.
Achieves progress and results on Balanced Scorecard people metrics.
Coach's leaders on achieving results through people
Provides coaching on the management of performance issues.
Ensures compliance with local and national employment laws and practices.
Drives the execution of non-negotiable for successful Staffing and Retention.
Builds capability in executing established people systems (CPS, MIP, LTIC, Performance Appraisal.).
Knows his or her client's bench strength. Understands and encourages promotion from within.
Supports the investigation of high priority Employee Relations issues to ensure proper resolution.
Provides detailed communication and feedback to headquarters' based HR Specialists.
Ensures that headquarters' developed programs are providing genuine value to our Production organization.Bachelors' degree in related field; and at least five years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.In our friendly, business casual environment, we offer highly competitive compensation with excellent benefits including a matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
