Human Resources Manager

Job Description:
Lead the Human Resource function and provide strategic human resource services to the leadership team within a PBM call center and front end pharmacy operation. Partner and drive human resource initiatives, provide support and act as a resource to human resource matters, including but not limited to, policy and procedures, employee relations, new hire training and education, leadership development and retentions strategies. Partner with Recruiting Manager to identify and analyze recruiting metrics and strategies.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent work experience, Master’s degree preferred.
A Human Resource certification a plus. Seven to ten years hands on human resources experience, labor relations desired. Previous supervisory experience required. Demonstrated knowledge of human resources generalist functions, extensive employee relations experience, benefits, and payroll knowledge is essential. Knowledge of current employment law, worker’s compensation, ADA, EEOC, and FMLA also required. The ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and keep issues confidential is critical to this position. Proficiency in Word and Excel is needed.
