Human Resources Manager

Responsible for overseeing the human resources department and for ensuring the proper application and implementation of the policies and procedures. The Human Resources Manager will act as an employee advocate while administering company policies in a firm, fair and consistent manner. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and complete personnel records. Manage all aspects of occupational safety health issues. Manage Workers' compensation cases and act as a liaison between injured employees, insurance carrier and/or Corporate Workers' Compensation Department. Coordinate the hiring of employees, assist in the selection of new employees, and ensure all federal and state laws regarding hiring are followed. Provide Corporate Human Resources and other corporate departments with reports and/or information as requested with timeliness and accuracy being the objective. This position will report dually to the Facility Manager and to the Division Human Resources Director.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Degree 2 to 5 years Human Resources Management Experience Fluency in English and Spanish
