Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Analyst to work in Bethesda, Maryland.

This is full time position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all work structures with the applications: jobs, locations, organizations, organization hierarchies, lines of progression, and grades;
• Maintain, run, and assist in development of reports;
• Support the HRMS user community via training, support, and audits;
• Act as process owner for HR applications;
• Process system updates for Open Enrollments/Open Season for benefit plans and programs;
• Perform regression testing of HR modules during patching and upgrades;
• Cooperate with other functional areas (such as Contracts, Operations, and Finance) with regards to all Oracle initiatives affecting or related to HRMS;
• Act as the point person for all future HRMS initiatives, including ADP implementation, Self-Service HR, and Recruitment;
• Liaise with Office of Information Technology (OIT) staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
• Assist OIT staff in maintaining the Oracle system to ensure reporting efficiency;
• Generate routine reports and design special reports/queries as requested; and
• Act as the Super User for HR.

Qualifications:

• B.A. degree;
• Three to five years of experience with PC applications including Oracle, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; two to three years of experience in HR desired;
• Strong interpersonal skills, analysis skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing required;
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines; and
• Previous work in international development or international HR a plus.
