Human Resources Leave AdministratorCox Auto Trader (a division of Cox Enterprises), the leader in automotive photo guide/online classified advertising in the U.S., is seeking a self-motivated and self-confident Human Resources professional. The Human Resources Administrator will play a central role in Cox Auto Trader’s leave of absence case management and will support the administration of other key HR areas to include Workers’ Compensation. The Administrator will have the opportunity to build relationships with employees and supervisors throughout the country through one-on-one contact. Additionally, the Human Resource Administrator will work closely with other Human Resource functions, such as Employee Relations and Safety, and gain exposure to and knowledge of many of the Company’s policies and procedures.Qualifications Will Include:Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot problems independently
Effective listening and communication skills
Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, etc.
Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, including significant experience in leave of absence administration.Responsibilities Will Include:Administration of the Company’s short-term/long-term disability, sick leave and vacation policies and assisting managers in offices nationwide with the administration of these policies
Providing leave of absence information to employees
Analyzing and processing leave of absence paperwork to determine employee eligibility
Obtaining medical updates to support an employee’s continued disability and return to work status
Processing disability payments on a weekly basis
Serving as a liaison for Workers’ Compensation administration to include contact with third party claims adjusters and coordinating return to work accommodations and restrictions with Cox Auto Trader locations.
