This position works closely with managers and associates in the areas of associate relations, compensation and benefits. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist frequently interacts with other human resources departments within the Capital Group Companies and external vendors. Responsibilities may include benefit and compensation administration, facilitating customized orientation programs, trend reporting / analysis, assisting with associate relations and the performance management process.Qualifications
Hiring Criteria:
Two to five years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience with a focus on associate relations and benefit administration
Demonstrated analytical capabilities
A proactive approach when working with others
Ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Training and facilitation skills both with large groups and in one-on-one settings
Ability to handle confidential information
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and HRIS-related systems
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
