Human Resources Generalist

Our capabilities span the system development life cycle and include systems integration, as well as data and text mining services and solutions. Daily Responsibilities: We are looking for senior human resources generalist to serve as a strategic advisor to our business sectors. The ideal candidate needs to have deep experience in career management, employee relations and retention, employee motivation, conflict management and performance management. This person would act as a resource to employees and management to facilitate communication and mediate workplace conflict at the lowest level possible. We are looking for someone with a passion to establish rapport, trust, confidence and credibility with management and employees.
We are looking for an analytical thinker that can recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of people management. Is knowledgeable and maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment including knowledge of employment law, i.e., Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Wage & Compliance regulations. The ideal candidate would use their organizational, communication, analytical, research, investigative and negotiating skills to continually improve the work environment. Demonstrated ability to gather facts, consult with leadership and make sound decisions quickly. Required: Years of experience (min) 5 Required: Degree Bachelors
