Interview applicants for all vacancies including managerial positions. Screen applicants. Coordinate interview process: reference checking, applicant testing, and offer letters. Prepare position descriptions. New Hire orientations. Conduct job evaluations and coordinate approval process. Monitor performance management system for compliance with Company policy and prepare reports to identify rating distributions. Counsel employees on benefit plan options and employee eligibility. Maintain benefit records. Act as the internal expert on all given benefit programs. Process personnel actions into the HRIS System. Develop strategy in response to both internal and external EEO complaints. Act as an advisor and recommend solutions. Prepare affirmative action and EEO reports. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements: LSI has an opening at our Corpus Christi Army Depot site for a Human Resources Generalist.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources and at least 5 years of job-related human resources experience or equivalent. Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel.
