Human Resources Generalist

SUMMARYThe candidate selected for this position will report to the Director of Human Resources. The candidate will be responsible for managing all of Human Resources Generalist activities, programs, and operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the day-to-day management of area human resources programs and functions. Manages employee records and information including specifics related to: compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, or evaluations. Manages the recruiting of temporary and full-time employees, orientations, employment verification, and scheduling interviews. Responsible for interpretation, application and administration of the Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual. Responsible for area salary administration. Keep abreast of personnel methods, problems, laws, regulations, and requirements, which affect the plant. Represents the Company to the Union, to applicants, and other companies and outside agencies. Responsible for preparing client group for all aspects of the performance management process including Individual Development Planning and performance reviews.
REQUIREMENTS
ADDITIONAL SKILLSGood communication skills (both verbal and written); Negotiation skills required; Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Peoplesoft and AS400 skills preferred. Candidate must also have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a high pace team environment.EDUCATIONBachelor's degree or equivalent from 4-year college; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Note: Level and salary will depend on education and experience.Campbell Soup Supply Company Is An Equal Opportunity Employer.
