Human Resources Generalist

ABC-CLIO's Human Resources Department has an opening for an experienced Generalist. Position reports to the HR Director and will have day-to-day responsibilities involving benefits and compensation administration, recruiting, employee relations, workers comp, legal compliance, training, and supervisory responsibilities for two direct reports.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-5 years in Human Resources as a generalist with prior experience in the above mentioned areas. Candidate must be proficient in MS Office. Prior experience with HRIS and HTML a plus!
