Human Resources Generalist

Purpose:
In this proactive and highly-charged role, you will have an exciting
opportunity to use your human resources background and expertise to
recruit, counsel and coach managers and employees on employee relations and performance issues, participate in the performance review process, handle benefits and leave of absences, and answer day-to-day questions regarding company policies and procedures. We are seeking a creative and ambitious individual who will fit into our energetic environment and will successfully develop and implement various strategies and projects within a biotech setting.

REQUIREMENTS:
You should have a minimum of 2 yrs experience as an HR generalist
gained within a fast paced blue chip environment. Proven experience of
dealing with a wide range of issues including benefits administration,
immigration and relocation, performance management and employee relations is essential. Finally, you must be used to managing high volume workload and have a flexible approach.
