The primary responsibilities of the role will provide coaching and consulting support to employees, manage Industrial/Labor Relations, facilitate and coordinate recruitment, termination, transfer and secondment processes, develop and facilitate training initiatives, conduct research tasks, organization effectiveness, and delivery of key initiatives. Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and other web-based HR application systems and excellent verbal and written communication skills required. CA employment compliance experience preferred. Employee and labor relations experience required. Must have direct experience in dealing with a labor union, have full knowledge and experience with grievance procedures and prefer to have prior negotiation experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or Engineering required.
