We provide excellent opportunities for those seeking to grow with a global, results-oriented company.Job Purpose:Administers Durel Human Resource functions, including employee relations, compensation, training and development.Essential Functions:Administers the Durel Human resource functions including employee relations, compensation, employment, employee benefits, training and development and other related functions.Coordinates in-house and corporate sponsored training, including employee communication, registration, set-up, and materials production. Facilitate training as necessary.Contributes to the goals of Durel by administering Human Resources policies and by accomplishing special projects and/or assignmentsProvide back-up coverage for HR Specialist: Maintains employee records (paper and computer), files and audits. Processes outside seminar and tuition refund applications.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Human Resources, Business or equivalent. Proficiency with PC word processing and database management programs. Highly effective written and verbal communication, and listening skills. Demonstrated customer service skills. Human Resource Generalist experience. Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:MA Human Resources, Business or equivalent. Experience with PeopleSoft HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
