Human Resources Director

Pep Boys is looking for a Field Human Resources Director to join the Human Resources team in our Dallas, Texas corporate office!

This position directs the implementation of plans and programs to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support specific areas of responsibility. Works closely with operations leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met through the execution of human resources initiatives. Responsible for compliance and execution of all HR policies and procedures through directing the efforts of all HR team members within the division including recruitment, training, associate development and employee relations.

Ability to manage all Human Resource aspects of the Field Organization

Minimum Educational and/or Experience Level:
10 years HR generalist experience
Experience in and extensive knowledge of HR legal requirements
Completion of two years college or technical school program Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven career progression
Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations:
Professional certification (SPHR)
Current, valid drivers license issued in state of residence
Travel Requirements:
Routine travel is required
