Description:

Work with management team and employees to foster and maintain a positive and healthy corporate culture.
Oversee all aspects of staff hiring, training, counseling, promotions, and terminations.
Oversee employment process including establishing standards for recruitment and selection of staff.
Identify the need for additions or changes to corporate policies and procedures as well as develop policies and communicate them to the staff.
Manage benefit program administration and work with external providers to resolve benefit issues.
Provide guidance to management and supervisory staff on employee relations and legal issues.
Respond to and resolve workers compensation, harassment and discrimination claims.
Implement and assure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
Review all employee disciplinary procedures and makes recommendations to ensure compliance with acceptable employee relation principles.
Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of personnel records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Minimum 8 Years Human Resources experience
Experience managing HR for a company with international locations
Strong working knowledge of legal issues in the workplace, employee relations and performance management
Proven ability to counsel departmental managers and senior management on HR practices
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize workload
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Good judgment and ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Experience in the software industry highly desired
Occasional international travel required
