Our client, located in the city of Chicago, is looking for a strategic business partner to lead their progressive Human Resources team.

As the Director of Human Resources you would ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local employment laws as well as company policies and procedures. The right candidate also will have a strong knowledge of benefits & compensation, recruitment, multi-state labor laws & labor relations, and a comfort level with training in all these areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management

5+ years in Human Resources Management with well rounded, "hands-on" Generalist experience.

Ability to demonstrate strong relationship building capability at all levels of Management

Experience in conducting investigations and conflict resolution within a unionized environment.

Knowledge of Federal and State Laws (ADA, Title VII,FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, etc)

Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry Necessary.
