LOOKING FOR LEADERS
-CALL CENTER MANAGER, The successful incumbent will have the responsibility for the success of our Lafayette, Louisiana call center in a 24X7 operation. You will support, motivate and coach Employee Performance Supervisor's so that all Tele-Service Representatives (TSR's) have the opportunity and capability to meet and exceed campaign minimums.
The Call Center Manager will help to establish, grow and nurture the culture of the Lafayette, Louisiana office. You will be the advocate for the TSR's. You must understand client campaign objectives and be able to communicate these objectives and minimum expectations to individuals within the campaign.
In this role, you will ensure we are consistently meeting client specifications. You will understand how your role as Call Center Manager impacts NuComm's Business Model. Effective management of business practices (ISO and NuComm's Business Model) to ensure quality customer management and high employee morale is essential. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Call Center Operations.
Job Requirements: -Minimum of 3 years management experience, preferably in an outsourcing capacity, overseeing a minimum of 75 people.
-An aptitude to handle change in a fast paced dynamic environment.
-An ability to motivate and coach staff and manage client expectations.
-Superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on team development and continuous improvement.
-Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service environment
-Proven sales and customer service skills
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
-Thorough understanding of reporting, trend analysis and project management.
-Flexible and positive attitude
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Reporting directly to the Manager of Human Resources, the successful incumbent will support all employees in understanding NuComm company policies. You will ensure that all employees are treated in a fair, consistent and impartial manner, as well as assist employees with conflict resolution. As the Human Resources Coordinator in Lafayette, you will ensure all employee complaints relating to HR practices are followed up and resolved within the regulations set our under NuComm Company Policies and US labor law.
You will be the primary contact for recruiting in the Lafayette office, and will be involved in accepting and monitoring applications, contacting applicants, facilitating assessments, conducting interviews, communicating regrets and making offers of employment. You will act as an ambassador for NuComm, both in the workplace and the community.
-Requirements/Qualifications:
-Human Resources related diploma/degree
-Two years of related Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of US labor laws, with demonstrated experience applying applicable legislation in the workplace
-Flexible and positive attitude
-Results oriented with a proven track record
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Must have a strong work ethic and an ability to think "outside the box"
-Must pay close attention to detail
-Excellent computer skills-Word,Excel & Internet
-Must have the ability to work flexible hours.
