Human Resources Associate

Human Resources AssociateGrowing Community Bank has an immediate opening for a H.R. Associate. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Associates Degree and 2 years of H.R. experience. You will assist the H.R. Manager with the-day- to day operations and administrative duties of the H.R. depart. You will have a basic knowledge of benefits administration, some previous experience with compensation/payroll, are familiar with H.R. compliance issues. We are looking for a team player and a self-starter who is looking to improve their skill-set and knowledge in a fascinating field.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and experience:•Candidate must have a minimum of an Associates Degree in a related field•2+ years of progressively responsible H.R. experience
•Superior interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
•Experience with administration of basic benefit programs and policies
•Intermediate knowledge of general employment and labor law
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the company
•Strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.Benefits:
