This individual will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including health & safety, employee relations, recruiting, training, benefit administration, and policy administration.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 3-5 years progressive generalist experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. They will also need to be a team player, have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and a desire to move the organization forward.
