Landmark Aviation is seeking an assertive, high energy, self-motivated HRM with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field and 7 years experience in Human Resources management. A successful candidate will possess interpersonal, coaching and counseling skills, organization and analytical ability, financial aptitude to deal with compensation diplomacy and negotiating, well developed written communication and platform skills. Must be able to perform a leadership role in recruiting, selection, employee development, restructuring and change management. Consult with the leadership team to define roles and responsibilities, design the organizational structure and facilitate team performance. Lead organizational change efforts.

Support leadership in administering compensation plans and reward and recognition programs that are equitable and in line with the organization’s goals. Provide advice, counsel and support for benefits, training, EEO, compliance programs and HR Information Systems. Act as an impartial advocate to ensure that all individuals receive fair and equitable treatment. Participate in company wide initiatives as part of HR and/or business teams. Lead talent management, leadership and employee training and development and retention initiatives for location(s).

REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications: Candidate should have at least 7 years of HR generalist experience, primarily with hourly workforce. 4-year degree in relevant field; prefer master’s degree. Prior experience with leading key HR initiatives; strong change management experience; excellent communications and interpersonal skills; strong employee relations skills; creative, “out-of-the-box” thinker; strategic; good professional presence; strong planning and organizational skills; works well independently as the primary HR resource for the location(s). Prefer candidate with great energy and edge, growth potential and team leadership experience.
