HR Manager opportunity in Denver with a successful, rapidly
growing, market leading healthcare company which is part of a
multi-national, multi-billion dollar organization. Opportunity for growth
is almost unlimited.This is the number two position in a three
person HR department. This manager position reports to the Director who

the delivery of healthcare to patients around the globe.Thomson Healthcare seeks a talented HR Manager to execute sound HR
programs and focus on developing Thomson Healthcare’s people strategy.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager will be responsible for
managing and coordinating Thomson Healthcare’s personnel policies and
procedures including employee relations, staff development, workforce
planning, and the HR issues surrounding our aggressive acquisition
efforts. Payroll and Benefits functions have been outsourced.Thought leadership, organizational credibility, internal business
partnering and decisive execution are the keys to being successful in this
position.This is the number two position in a three person divisional HR
department.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this job you MUST HAVE:A Masters in Business or an HR related field
A PHR or SPHR certification
Experience in the HR department of a LARGE corporationWe're looking for candidates who, in addition meeting the above
REQUIREMENTS, also possess the following:
