Human Resource Manager

Purpose:
Our client in the Greater Cincinnati area is looking for a Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of manufacturing experience and great employee relations skills. This candidate will also have a background in a non-union setting, where they oversaw 300 - 500 employees.

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, conducting interviews, going over safety regulations and compensation information, conducting peer evaluations, and completing weekly reports.
