Duties

Manages all HR functions for a large complex union manufacturing plant. Works as a part of the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement a strategy to improve business results. Works to train and develop the salaried workforce to deal with daily issues within the plant in a proper manner. Manages the development of Continuous Improvement Programs as they relate to the HR function.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing HR within a union manufacturing plant Minimum of a BS degree Need strong labor relations experience Must have the desire and ability to be a member of the management team Need to have the ability to influence others who are not direct reports Skills and experience training and development of managers Experience with Change Management and implementation of Continuous Improvement programs

Location: IL

Salary: $80K to $105K + 10% Bonus
