Human Resource Manager

Volt is currently recruiting for a multi-billion dollar high tech company in the Silicon Valley. We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who will be partnering with clients to drive, develop, manage and implement Human Resource solutions to meet business objectives. This includes organization and leadership development, employee relations consulting, performance management, change management, workforce planning and employee and manager coaching.Key Responsibilities
Lead human resource strategy discussions and generate plans for implementation in accordance with business objectivesAbility to negotiate, influence and resolve controversial, high-impact human resources issues.Proactively promote and maintain a work environment where sound people relations, strong employee trust and open and effective communications exits between employees, managers and the company.Work in partnership with the Organizational Development team to identify, develop and implement Talent Management initiatives including leadership development, succession planning and organization health programs.Building effective teamsManaging organizational change through effective planning and communication strategies.Participate in leadership team discussions to advise and coach discussions on leveraging a pay for performance culture which includes ratings, compensation messaging, team reviews and calibration.Partner with the staffing function to attract and retain top talent and manage overall headcount.


Requirements:

Looking for candidates who possess 7-10 years progressive experience as an HR generalist with demonstrated consulting skills to provide guidance within all levels of the organization.
A seasoned Human Resource Professional with strong business acumen, able to deal with both tactical and strategic issues.
Possess exceptional relationship, facilitation, and communication skills, along with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills.Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.
Possess a University degree with the CHRP designation.
