Human Resource Manager

Dynamic Educational Systems, Inc. (DESI), an innovative, nationwide career education and training company has an exciting HR management opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with an expertise and passion for helping a company grow and change at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. As the corporate HR Manager you will play a key role in partnering with the management team to deliver new and innovative HR strategies, solutions, and services. The HR Manager will assume full generalist responsibilities relating to, but not limited to, staffing and retention; training and development, employee relations; benefits; compensation programs; risk management; and legal compliance of HR practices. Specifically, the successful candidate will be capable of:Participate in developing comprehensive short- and long-term HR strategies designed to drive organizational change and employee development with new and ongoing programs;Recruiting talent for and within all levels of the organization;Participate in designing and managing performance and compensation programs;Developing training programs and supervising/growing direct reports;Develop and administer AAP for multiple contracts.
REQUIREMENTS
We seek a seasoned HR Manager who brings immediate credibility to the company. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in Human Resources or related field, a Master’s and/or PHR/SPHR certification a plus. Also preferred is at least 5-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resource positions and two years in Human Resource management. Other experience and requirements include:Knowledge of Federal employment laws;Exceptional relationship skills at all levels;Effective written and oral communication skills;Sound business judgment, analytical and problem solving ability.

Intelligence, sound business ethics and sense, along with strong people skills are critical. Salary range: $60-70k
