Areas of expertise include: Administration, Creative Services, Customer Service, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Law and Sales & Marketing.

It is with this focus and commitment that we are currently seeking a full time Human Resource Generalist for our client in Chicago.

This position is responsible for the administration, coordination and tracking of compliance with human resource policies and procedures.
Providing management reports summerizing related activities.
Tracking and providing management reports on employee recruitment, new hires, job status, change, attendance, FMLA, paid time-off benefits, training and other human resource activity.
Workers Compensation and Unemployment Compensation claims administration.
Benefit administrator of Group Health and Dental programs including compliance with COBRA regulations.
Performance Review administration.
Various other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Two years of HR Generalist experience is required.
Minimum of 2 years of business college, trade school or equivalent.
Familiarity with common labor regulations (COBRA, FMLA, workers compensation, etc.)
Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
Strong multi-tasking abilities working in a very fast paced environment.
The right candidate will want to manage the process more so than being transactional. Huge opportunities for success and advancement.
