Human Resource Assistant

Purpose:
This position entails:
1. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and the President.
2. Working with confidential files.
3. Putting together employee packages.
4. Scheduling interviews for potential candidates.
5. Scheduling conference rooms for interviews and meetings.
6. Collating monthly reports.
7. Additional responsibilities.

The perfect candidate will have all of the following:
1. Accounting experience preferred.
2. Professional etiquette.
3. Years of administrative experience at an executive level.
4. Experience with Excel and Word. Internet savvy.
5. Maturity. Friendly. Positive attitude.
6. Detail oriented.
7. Deadline oriented.
8. Punctual.

Requirements: Someone with prior administrative experience at an executive level preferred (2-3 years min). Needs to be very detail oriented, ability to multi-task, computer literate: word, excel, power point. Candidate will assist VP of HR with payroll processing as well; candidate with accounting background is preferred as detail to accuracy is key for payroll processing and report processing. Very conservative environment, candidate must be very professional.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PMClassification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
