Description Summary
Responsible for managing and directing the activities of the total human resources function including staffing, benefits, policies and procedures, training, compliance, employee relations, compensation, legal and project management.
HR Responsibilities
•Assure strategic business goals are met pertaining to corporate staffing, employee relations and human resources.
•Staffing including interview and selection, new employee orientation and administrative processing.
•Assure all job positions have current Job Descriptions.
•Assure compliance with State, Local, and Federal policies such as OSHA, EEOC, and Workers’ Compensation, etc.
•Administer benefits including 401(k) and other perks for Company Employees.
•Set-up Training policies and programs for Company Employees including coordinating on/off site training.
•Develop programs for company Employees such as motivational programs and employee activities.
•Manage and Formulate Compensation program including Annual Review Policies for Company Employees.
•Manage employee vacation and provide yearly reports on vacation and absences.
•Monthly contacts with consultants in the field via phone calls.
•Work with Sales Managers on recruiting.
•Do Pre-interview of consultants before final Interview with the clients
•Attend Monday morning meetings and Friday morning meetings
•Assure employee web page is up to date on latest employee benefits, forms, etc.
•And other such services as described by STS Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Professional and feel comfortable in a high tech dynamic environment. Web based skills desirable. Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of management. Must be adaptable and a risk taker.
